Fee Refund Policy

At Genuine Digital School, we always strive to ensure your satisfaction with our school. If, for any reason, a student is unable to continue their studies with Genuine and wishes to withdraw from the school, we have a fee refund policy in place to address such situations. We want to make this process as convenient and fair as possible for our students and their parents/guardians. Here are the details:

  • For the initial seven calendar days following enrollment, we offer a 100 percent refund with no questions asked (except for the non-refundable Enrollment Fee). Please note that the calculation of days is based on calendar days and is counted on a 24-hour basis, regardless of time zone.

  • This refund policy is applicable to students who have chosen the Pay in Full plan option and meet all other terms and conditions. If a student or parent/guardian has opted for multiple installments plan, no refund will be processed.

  • To be eligible for a refund, a request must be initiated within 90 days of payment from the day of orientation (day 1). Once 90 days have passed since enrollment, no refund can be claimed.

  • To initiate the refund process, the Parent or Guardian Financially Responsible must send a cancellation notice via email to admissions@almaeducation.co with the subject line “Request for Cancellation”.

We would like to inform you in a friendly manner that any refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the bank account used for the initial payment of the fee. Please note that the refund amount, if any, will not include any handling or transaction fees. It is important to adhere to the specified format when submitting your request to ensure it can be processed.

Kindly take note that no refund will be provided in the case of concealing or misrepresenting personal, academic, or any other details by the student/guardian, or if false/fake documents are submitted.

Additionally, please be aware that the Enrollment Fee is non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
